You pick up your SUP or the electric catamaran in Csopak, at the reception of Hotel Csopak Resort & Lake (Örkény István sétány 1-2.), fifty metres from the beach entrance. A SUP for the whole day costs 10,000 HUF, the catamaran 60,000 HUF, and instruction and a life jacket are included in the price.

From the centre of Balatonfüred it is 8 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike. From Balatonarács we are even closer: 7 minutes by car, 13 by bike. If you are staying in Füred but want calmer water, the shallow, sandy shore in Csopak is a good place for beginners too.
From Alsóörs and Paloznak
Paloznak is our closest neighbour: 5 minutes by car, 7 by bike. From Alsóörs it is 6 minutes by car and 16 minutes by bike. Come in the morning and you can be on the water from 8 am.
From Lovas, Balatonalmádi, Tihany and Veszprém
From Lovas it is 12 minutes, from Balatonalmádi and Tihany 16 minutes by car. From Veszprém the drive takes 23 minutes, so even a day off is enough for a full day on the water.
What you get in Csopak
- SUP: one board for the whole day 10,000 HUF, for two days 17,000 HUF. Instruction and a life jacket are included in the price.
- Electric catamaran: 60,000 HUF for the whole day, no licence needed, 6 people fit comfortably.
- Times: start any time between 8 am and 9 pm, and bring the board back by 10 pm.
- Parking: you will find parking right next to Hotel Csopak.
- Dogs are welcome on the SUP and on the catamaran too.

Why come over to Csopak?
The beach in Csopak has shallow, sandy water that gets deeper slowly, so swimmers stand only waist-deep even far out. The beach won the Blue Wave Flag every year from 2017 to 2023.
