Route
From Csopak to Balatonfüred, at your own pace
This isn’t just circling near the shore. The electric motor and the high-capacity battery take you all the way to Balatonfüred and back, and you stop for a swim wherever you like on the way.
There’s no fixed route, and nobody waves from the shore telling you to turn back. Head out in the morning, bring it back in the evening, that’s the only rule.

Save 60 baby turtles with every booking
For every catamaran booking we support the SEE Turtles “Billion Baby Turtles” programme, which has so far helped more than 23 million sea turtles through the most dangerous stage of their lives.
Your booking means survival for 60 baby turtles. So it’s not just a number, at the end of the day you get a personal certificate and small gifts in an envelope made of recycled paper.

The heart of the catamaran is its high-performance battery, and our partner Batmonkey supplies it. It has to cope with daily use all season, so we didn’t choose it at random.
If you fish and need a reliable battery on the water, check out their range at batmonkey.hu (in Hungarian). We use it every day, we can’t think of a better test.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the catamaran
Do I need a licence to rent the catamaran?
No. You can drive the electric catamaran without a licence. We’ll show you how it works before you set off, it’s not rocket science.
How many people fit on the boat?
Six comfortably, eight at most. With eight, you’ll have to fight over the sunbathing spots.
When can I arrive and how long can I stay?
You can start any time between 8:00 and 21:00, there’s no fixed start time. The gear has to be returned by 22:00.
How far can I go with the boat?
From Csopak all the way to Balatonfüred and back. The battery can handle it: it comes from Batmonkey, and we use it all season.
What if the weather is bad?
If we can’t let you out on the water because of wind or rain, you get every forint back. For online bookings we refund it automatically. We don’t go out in bad weather either.
Do photos and video cost extra?
Yes, photos and video are available for an extra charge.
How do I get the certificate and the gifts?
At the end of the day, when you return the gear: a personal certificate, two SupCsopak silicone wristbands and two sticker packs.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, you can bring your dog on the catamaran too.
